Cancellation policy

If you purchase a product through a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel a subscription, please log into your customer account and manage your subscription settings, or contact our support team at d-lula@d-lula.com.

Any cancellation will take effect for future billing cycles. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

D-LULA LLC reserves the right to cancel subscription orders at any time at our discretion.
