Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel an order, email us at d-lula@d-lula.com as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and give you a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.
