Refund policy
We want you to love your D-LULA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges can be requested directly from your order by selecting the items you wish to return or exchange.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, we will cover the return shipping label as well as the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Items can be exchanged for any product available on our website, subject to availability.
If the requested item becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Returns
If you prefer a refund, you may return your item within 45 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount, as we do not cover return shipping for refunds.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable when returning an entire order.
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.
Undergarments
For hygiene reasons, all undergarment sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns
For customers outside of the United States (including Canada), we currently accept returns only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Multiple Returns
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please create a return request for each order separately through the Returns Center.
Once the requests are created, items may be shipped together in the same package.
Return Shipping
After your return request is approved through our Returns Center, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please use the provided label to ensure proper tracking and processing.
