Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Most orders within the United States arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment.
When will my order be shipped?
Once you have completed your transaction, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our team then work extremely quickly to get this purchase picked and packed and sent out to you.
Once this has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link included, and this is usually sent within 24 hours of your transaction being placed.Â
Please note during sales or collection launches, this may take slightly longer however we will always aim to deliver your items before your estimated delivery date .
Your tracking shall continue to update as your parcel makes its way to you and until it is delivered.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery updates. You can also track your order directly through the tracking page on our website. If you need additional help, please contact us at d-lula@d-lula.com.
Why was my package returned to sender?
There are a few reasons why a package would be returned to our facility, the most common being an address discrepancy. Please email us with your full, detailed address and we can look into this as quickly as possible.
What happens when my package gets lost in transit?
Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Please contact the shipping courier for more information.
Package in-transit, arriving late
If your USPS tracking has a status of "in-transit, arriving late", this is possibly due to USPS being overwhelmed by present shipping conditions. We understand this can be frustrating, but we always recommend giving USPS additional time to move your package through their shipping process in cases like this.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGE
When will my refund be processed?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed.
After your refund has been issued, it can take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank provider.
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used when placing the order.
For international returns, shipping times back to our warehouse may take longer.
Please keep your return tracking number until your refund has been completed.
Do you offer free returns?
D-LULA currently does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. However, we do offer free exchanges within 45 days of delivery for eligible items in original condition to help you find the perfect fit.
Can I return multiple orders?
Yes, multiple returns or exchanges can be shipped together in one package. However, each order must first have a return or exchange requested through the order page before being included in the same shipment. Please use the return shipping label provided for proper tracking and processing.
What happens if my return/exchange is not accepted?
If your return does not meet all of our return guidelines, your return will be noted as ‘unacceptable’. If our processing team deems your item(s) as ‘unacceptable’ we will automatically ship the unaccepted items back to the return address on the RMA.
How do I receive my refund if my original payment method is no longer active?
Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used when placing the order. If your original card or payment method is no longer active, your bank or payment provider will usually redirect the funds to your updated account. We recommend contacting your financial institution directly for more information about how transferred refunds are handled.
Exchange Information
D-LULA offers free exchanges for eligible US orders through our returns portal. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns and are processed once your return package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
Please note that exchange items are subject to product availability. If the requested item becomes unavailable before your return is processed, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
What is your return policy?
If you prefer a refund, you may return eligible items within 45 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount, as D-LULA does not currently offer free return shipping for refunds.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable when returning an entire order.
Return Guidelines
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned within 45 days of delivery
Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted.
Undergarments
For hygiene reasons, all undergarment sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns
For customers outside of the United States, including Canada, exchanges are currently unavailable. International customers may still return eligible items for a refund.
Multiple Returns
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please create a separate return request for each order through the Returns Center.
Once approved, items may be shipped together in the same package.
Return Shipping
After your return request has been approved through our Returns Center, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please use the provided label to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Can I return sale items?
Eligible sale items may be returned within 45 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in accordance with our return guidelines.
Please note that selected items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. If an item is Final Sale, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Sale items are refunded at the purchase price paid at checkout.
