Questions
Do I get free product?
Not at Level One, and we would rather tell you that now than have you find out later. You shop for yourself with your 40% code, so you pay for your pieces, just at a lot less than anyone else. Once you hit ten sales in a month you move to Level Two, and then a free set comes every month on us.
Why me?
Because we liked your content. Follower count is not what decides it. We have said yes to accounts with two thousand followers and no to accounts with fifty thousand. What we look at is whether the content is good, whether you look like you are enjoying yourself, and whether it feels like us.
When do I get paid?
At the end of every month. Your balance updates in your dashboard as the sales come in, so you can watch it build, and we settle up at month end. We sort out where to send it once you are approved.
Why do I enter my email twice?
The first one creates your D-LULA account on this site, which is where your code and your orders live. The second is the application itself, which runs on the system that tracks your sales. Two systems, one page, and you are done in two minutes.
Why do you ask for my sizes?
So that anything we send you actually fits, from the moment you reach Level Two. Nothing is sent without asking you first.
What does my code give the person using it?
10% off her order. That is why it is worth sharing. Your commission is paid on top of that, it does not come out of her discount.
How do I know a sale was mine?
You get your own dashboard the moment you are approved. Every click, every order and your balance are all in there, updating as they happen. You never have to ask us what you are owed.
What if she does not buy right away?
You still get credit. Your link carries a 30 day window, so if she clicks today and buys three weeks later, that sale is yours.
What if I stop hitting ten sales?
Nothing happens for one month. Two months in a row under ten and you move back to Level One. Nothing is taken away from what you already earned, and you can climb again whenever you want.
Do I have to live in the US?
No. We work with creators wherever they are.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. No contract, no notice, no awkward conversation. Tell us and we will close it out. Anything you already earned is still yours.
